These engagement photos were a long time coming. Chris and Jamie experienced some delays in being able to schedule their engagement session (long story). So finally we were able to schedule a day last week to visit El Matador Beach in Malibu. When we arrived at the beach we encountered gale force winds (slight exaggeration), but they were strong enough to blow us all over the place. Jamie and Chris expressed deep disappointment that the session would yet again be postponed. As we stood around considering alternate dates – a strange thing happened, the wind died down and was replaced by a graceful breeze. We all looked at each other in amazement and ran down to the beach area and started photographing. Here are some of the photos from a great afternoon in Malibu:
